u people are amatures, crunches only works out ur upper abs. And only if u do them properly, most people dont.

u need to incorporate exercises for both lower abs and upper abs.

i would tell u guys some exersises but i jus dont know wat they are called

why are you asking this? Why not go to a gym and do exercises like the squat and deadlift which work the abs synergistically
i do the crunches and leg raises for isolation

since crunches only work out the upper abs... isnt it true that when u raise ur legs n do th crunches or w.e workout that it also works out the lower part?? bc u have to stablize the core of ur body....? something along those lines...

"full body crunches"- the best exercise ever!
start by lying down on the floor with arms goin straight up above ur head and legs straight on the floor, so fully extend urself. n simply bring the legs to the chest and arms to the side of the legs in a crunching manner. this one targets the person's lower n upper abs, personally i love this one, u should try it urself,

I would suggest getting a copy of "CORE Secrets"
It's affordable and it's very affective.
