  i hear eating a good hearty meal full of meat and bread and a nice thick sauce then relaxing infront of ur tv/computer does wonders for the abs.

  dont forget to bring a towel. when youre playing sports, the sweat can get in your face so you should always keep an extra towel in your duffle bag

  eat healthy first. Light tuna is good shit. Strawberry since it's got more vitamins than orange juice. 3 sets of crunches up and down. 3 sets of crunches side to side. If your a guy who lacks the energy than get gakic.

  do crunchis but in stead of goining up go to the sides that takes all of ur abs and also legs!!! or go on the bar and bring ur legs up and down that also works!!!
