Terms of Use Agreement

1. Membership to TMEET
Members have the ability to post pictures in a number of places on the website, which any member or third party user of the website may access. In order to become a member you must agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement during the sign-up process.

2. Parental Permission
All TMEET members must be over the age of 15 to use the website and its features. If you are under the age of 18, you must ask your parent or legal guardian for permission to use the website. Your parent or legal guardian must be willing to except the terms of this agreement on your behalf.

3. Posting of materials such as photos and information on the website
You are solely responsible for all content and pictures that are posted using your account. You may not post content and material that:
[a] Is obscene, contains any child pornography or is harmful to minors in any way;
[b] Is offensive, defamatory, libelous, false or misleading, threatening, harassing, abusive or hateful;
[c] Violates any public or private privacy or copyright laws.

By posting content and pictures you must agree that:
[a] You are the rightful owner of any material and photo you upload or post throughout the website;
[b] Any photo posted or uploaded is of yourself, or a minor you are responsible for, or a person who has given you express permission to post the photo on the website and waived any and all of his public/private rights with the respect to the photo;
[c] Material and photos posted are truthful;
[d] TMEET may watermark any posted material and use it for promotional purposes.

TMEET may, in its sole discretion, remove pictures or suspend accounts for content that violates this agreement in any way.

4. Ownership and Copyright
TMEET does not claim any ownership rights for any material posted or uploaded on the website. All other website material such as logos, interfaces and TMEET content is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, download, display, publish, publish, perform, distribute, transmit, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or commercially exploit any TMEET content without written consent from TMEET.   

5. Limited liability for posted images or content
TMEET is not responsible for monitoring any images or content that is posted on the website. We are not liable for material that’s posted or uploaded that happens to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive in any way.  However, TMEET will investigate any complaints that posted material or pictures violate this agreement.

6. Links to Third party websites
TMEET may include links to other websites on the Internet. TMEET is not liable for the actions of any linked websites. Your use of any such third party website and their content, information, advice, products or services is solely at your own risk. 

7. Termination
TMEET reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any point, for breaking any part of the agreement or any Canadian law. TMEET reserves the right to block your sign-up and cancel any of your existing accounts for breaching these terms.

8. Right to change the agreement
TMEET reserves the right to change any terms in this agreement at any point without any notification to users. By continuously accessing the site you thereby agree to terms of the changed agreement. Any modifications to this agreement take effect as soon as posted on the site.

9. Servebility
If any part of this agreement is not legally enforceable, that condition shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum degree in order for it to remain in full force and effect.
