  hey can any of u guys give me an example of a one day full body routine for one hour, with actual specific exercises..
and then if you can a routine for 2 dAYS (1 HOUR EACH DAY) that works your whole body in 2 days, maybe lower body one day and the next upper and again with specific exercises for each muscle.
i would rlly appreciate it, thanks

  WORKOUT 1

Front Squats, Back Squats, or Overhead Squats
Dumbbell Bench Press or Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Rows or Dumbbell Rows
Barbell Curls, Dumbbell Curls, or Close Grip Underhand Chins
Grip

WORKOUT 2

Barbell or Dumbbell Overhead Presses
Deadlifts, Stiff Leg Deadlifts, Rack Pulls, or Power Cleans
Dips
Wide Grip Chins
Grip


I understand that you're a female and that you'll probably think this workout is too "hardcore" for you. But its relaly not. i see MANY females doing these exercises.(though they're in good shape)

  thanks so much. ..nah i dont think it will be too "hardcore" lol...just what are "rack pulls" and "power cleans"...
and if ur wondering this is actually for a school health project where we need to make routines and try to follow them for the last month of school so i'll try it thanks again

rack pulls involves deadlifting the bar from some height above the floor

stick with deadlifts and stiff legged deads, though

power cleans.. hard exercise to learn... unless you have someone teaching it to you
