I think it is an act of balancing out....sometimes you are HIGH without any reasons, sometimes you are DOWN without any reasons. It is a middle-ground so to speak.

Do you know what really helps? I either go to the gym, or I go for a drive somewhere nice. Music also keeps me leveled.
