oke, but like let's say u hav an injury, in my case i have severe shoulder problems and like they seperate and cuz of that i quit hockey, but like if i juice and work out my rotator in my shoulder and all, will the muscle there be like strong enough to hold on from injuries? or like it doesn't matter if i juice or not. . .

no no, i can lift weights, i do lift weights, but if i get hit unexpectatly then that's when it pops out of its socket, like i don't have problems doing gym stuff . . . like the thing is i was just wondering if after workouts it's gona like make my muscles rock hard so that they're like unknockable
