ppl who say that it's ok, theres no way to quit, n whats the point? - r wrong!!! i think it's alot better not to do it at all. i tried n maximum i went was like a week n a half. it was so hard...

why would u wanna quit? I read in a health book that if you do it like 40 times a day you'll be SOOO much healthier...dont feel guilty bout it

Well no matter what you will still kinda feel guilty like what if your parents find out? I dont think that would be a nice setuation but w.e have fun with it as long as it doesnt overcome you life...
