  it is horrible for building muscle... it is extremely fat... it makes ur body produce estorogen... gives u bitch tits... dehydrates u ... so many bad reasons. Besides i only party afterhours anyway

  really?? i get drunk every weekend both nights, ill try not drinking for 3 weeks now test out how my body will react

  of course, and i see since im eating an improvement in height too, im happy with my gains and everything but my chest and calves...i work these muscles so hard and i see nothing

  stop drinking believe me dude.... its easy for tho cuz i have a gf to chill home with ... no need to go out and drink u know wat i mean.

but it makes a big difference...

  Mon - Chest
Tues - Back
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Chest / Tri's
Fri - Biceps / Shoulders

I do 4 excerises per muscle group. I enjoy focusing on each muscle seperately, better pump
