i believe that the best age to loose your virginity is 17 because i believe that at that time you are ready physically and emotionally, and you usually don't have regrets at that time, i lost mine at an earlier age, and i wasn't quite happy about it either

i believe that a gurl/guy loses his or her own verginity when they are ready, ready by all means-mature-not only in your head but also body..usually it happens 16-17..but it varies becuase some mature slowly some faster.
