it does, but not on a big scale, maybe 2-3mm in diameter increase... but thats like having sex for 20 times during those 3 months, because vagina is a musle tissue, a very soft muscle tissue... and as many know if you use a muscle too much, it streches, and if you keep on using the muscle at a stretched balance, it will eventually stay that way (any athletes, they have huge muscles, but when they will get old and wont use their muscles they will sagg down)
