Saying this shit just makes u look like ur tring hard to match up with me on some level...how come u come here and automatically feeel u have something to prove...I SMELL INSECURITY. Nothing appreciates more than a house? Are you fucked? A house will appreciate by 50,000 a year at the most, and that's a 500,000-600,000$ house. That's 10% return, once a year, with money that you don't even see until you sell that house at least a few years down the line. Take into account the fact that market prices DO fluctuate, and we've just been lucky for the past few years that prices are rising so high so quickly, that it WILL stop.

While, let's look at the collector's car market.

Let's say I make between 4 and 8 thousand profit from singing my cheque, to receiving another. I turnover about 3-4 cars every month. That's AT LEAST 12,000$ every month. Get that? AT LEAST, I won't get into the times where I've made a 10,000$ profit on a 60,000$ car. Now, let's take that 12,000$/ month minimum, multiply it by another 12, and you get 144,000$ every year, on about 250,000$ initially. AND, this is not including MORE cars which you can purchase with the money that you make off of each of these cars. I'm not sure if you see what I'm getting at here... But, that means you have the potential to make 300,000$ a year, on an original investment which was less than that.

Enough said about what? I'm 21, why shouldn't I live with my parents? If I bought my own house, I'd be making A LOT less, as I would never settle for a 250,000$ house, and my credit is nowhere near where I'd like it to be in order for me to get another 600,000$ mortgage.
