the way you drive on the test is so different from real life you can't say that if you can drive you can pass the g2 test because its completely not true...ex. foreign taxi drivers with the same driving rules from other countries almost always fail g2 test the first time they take it...stupid things like not "coming to a complete stop" and making a "rolling stop" on a red light when turning right will fail you on the spot, or cutting a yellow lane even in a parking lot will fail you etc...get at least 3-4 lessons with an instructor or you just won't pass, no matter how ahuyitilna you drive

lol i failed my first time too in downsview, because on a stop sign the other person had the right of way and i was waiting to turn right, but the person didn't move for a while so i figured he was letting me go and i started to turn right and she started yelling at me that i'm supposed to wait for the other person to go no matter how long he takes and she failed me. a bullshit excuse but i had a feeling shes out to get me since she got into the car...second time i went in scarborough and that was perfect, only made 2 mistakes:
1. something about observing properly
2. one blind spot miss

They became really strict in Aurora after some shit happenned. Basically there was a guy whose kid got killed in a car crash, and the guy thought that people are improperly trained, so he became a driving examiner (and was obviously a hard-ass). Sometime later, that guy himself got killed on the road. Since then, the Aurora staff got really uptight about passing people. I passed my G2 in Aurora (before all this happenned) and my G at Morningside (in Scarborough).

Don't worry man...if you know how to drive, you have nothing to worry about. If you don't, you shouldn't be on the road anyway.
