Curl 45lbs dumb bells
Shoulder press - 75b dumb bell
Squat - 275lbs
Dead Lift - 185lbs

max bench 255- incline (bar, sets) 190
shoulder press-- 75lbs

i get alot of questions if im on Juice and i just take it as compliment

  ya me2 but sumtimes it pissing me off....I've only been in the gym like a year on and off...it's the summer that kills me cuz i race my bike and forget about the gym...

Bench press : 260 - 1 max rep
bicepe curl dumbels each hand : 50lb 7-10x each set
legpress - 375lb 20x

Im disapointed in myself when it comes to my bench press because when i started working out 1 year n a halfago i hated doing chest so i use to be lazy when it would come to it now i have to work 2wice as hard to get my chest back to par

at what weight did you bench start ??
did you work out your chest at first only.. and then eventually move on to doing legs and back equally?
