  ok, believe me. i eat so like like sometimes have like only 1 meal a day .. i dont think reading will make me eat more

Cmon dude. reading and learning will help u know what to eat and when. it'll help u to understand how to eat on a busy schedule. U reallize how importanti t is to get certain macro nutrients at certain times.

For now just remember to eat.get that protein intake. You have good genetics, dont waste it.

anyway
my bench is the 75 lb dumbbells and im 190 lbs of fat
