  Im interested to knwo what muscle groups u guys workout each day.
heres mine

Monday: Chest/Compound triceps

Tuesday: Back/ Compound Biceps

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: Shoulders/traps

Friday: Legs/Calves

Saturday: Triceps/Biceps

  come into the gym, workout whatever is not sore / looks small... repeat that for 5 days...drop out....repeat step 1 and 2 a month later.

  oke, but like let's say u hav an injury, in my case i have severe shoulder problems and like they seperate and cuz of that i quit hockey, but like if i juice and work out my rotator in my shoulder and all, will the muscle there be like strong enough to hold on from injuries? or like it doesn't matter if i juice or not. . .

  it definitely will not repair your shoulder...if you cant lift weights now you wont be able to after if you juice or not...get a shot of cortizone, but since you play hockey im sure you have

  no no, i can lift weights, i do lift weights, but if i get hit unexpectatly then that's when it pops out of its socket, like i don't have problems doing gym stuff . . . like the thing is i was just wondering if after workouts it's gona like make my muscles rock hard so that they're like unknockable

i take it... its good for u... in many ways.

it increases good colestorls
it increases test production (actualy made me hornier)
it prevents a shit load of desises i cant remember
